I have a project to develop an IVR (Behind Switch ) , the IVR is connected to the Switch (PBX ) through E1s , I have the following questions
1) I have read the SDK and I have seen that the Transfer call is using the port as a parameter , will that port be the time slot the call is using ?
2) Sohuld I have a license for each E1 , or each port that is coming to the IVR ?
Please advise
