Purchased an inexpensie two line cordless and want to use in our home which has partner system. If plug in, I get only one line. Jacks are normal 4 wire but obviously wired for partner multi-line phones. All I want to do is get two of the lines to the inexpensive cordless. There's got to be a way to split/rewire a jack to pull this off. Help please.
How to wire consume 2 line cordless on partner plus system with 4 lines

From the first port for line 1 - green/red (middle pair) of the port to the green /red (middle) to pair of the jack.
For the second port for line 2 - green/red (middle) pair on the port to the black/yellow (outer) pair on the jack.
This is assuming you have a single RG-14 input on the phone labeled LINE
1 + LINE 2 or something similar.Take care, Rich
God bless the USA
