Looking for help from someone familiar with DMS in trying to connect a customers Partner ACS 7.0 T1 module. Customer originally ordered an ISDN PRI T1 and when I tried to turn it up I quickly realized they did not order the correct service. The customer cannot provide we with the information I need to provision this on the DMS-100. It's a T1 E&M capable of both DID and DOD. Wondering if someone has any idea about the datafill to enable this. I have tried a P2 trunk group on DMS but trunks fail to lock out after a few seconds.
