Can a Cingular monthly subscriber connect to Verizon's or T-Mobile's Wi-Fi hotspots without paying a separate fee?
No. A Cingular monthly subscriber can't even connect to AT&T's hotspots without paying a separate fee. The free wifi deal is only for AT&T DSL customers.
