"There will be uninterrupted power, cooling and security. The first phase, now nearing completion, has the capacity to handle 5.4 megawatts of electrical demand; up to40 megawatts of demand" The building's floors can handle much heavier loads and there is space for ductwork. Vz still uses three floors.
