School broadband update: House passes emergency funding as CenturyLink pledges not to pull plug [On February 22].

The Idaho House voted 68-1 Thursday [February 19] to send a stopgap measure to the Senate that would cover the costs for Idaho school districts to keep their broadband Internet going.
The lone dissent was Rep. John Gannon, D-Boise, according to the Spokesman-Review.
