CenturyLink Communications (911 Outage Complaint), Docket UT-181051
On December 22, 2020, the commission filed a Complaint against CenturyLink Communications, LLC, alleging violations of RCW 80.36.080, RCW 80.36.220, WAC 480-120-412, and WAC 480-120-450(1).
On January 20, 2021, the commission issued a Notice scheduling a prehearing conference for February 9, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. To participate using the Microsoft Teams web application, use the following link: Join Microsoft Teams Meeting. On February 24, 2021, the commission issued Order 01. The prehearing conference order set the procedural schedule, including an evidentiary hearing on Monday, January 10, 2022, at 9 a.m. in the commissions hearing room, 621 Woodland Square Loop SE, Lacey, Washington. The hearing may continue on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, as needed
Would someone please explain how this is still being processed, and why there has been so long a delay?
