I called the city hall in Foley, and spoke to Ms. Brenda Shambo, an Administrative Assistant.Ms. Shambo told me that there'd been a lightning storm, and confirmed that they had been affected:
"They knocked us out for about twenty minutes, and then it came back up, probably on backup generator"
I asked Ms. Shambo if the 911 PSAP had been affected, and she told me it had not.
