Been getting intermittent calls to my cellphone (Verizon 650 Area Code) for some time now, once every few days, 2 rings, then terminates. Caller ID in most recent case shows 916-235-4999; earlier ones were 916-???-?888.
If I try to call back on our SBC land line a voice says
"This call cannot be completed: Code NTI-20"
and then it turns into a busy signal. So:
1) What might this be?
2) If I want to pursue it further, is there anyone or any organization I can query or hassle who will actually respond/potentially supply information or actually do something?
In particular, any way (Internet or otherwise) to discover who is associated with that number?
