His son, Michael answers the phone (at least that's whom I'm assuming identifies himself in the voice message: "This is Michael Bass of Bass Burglar Alarms... etc.").
Have you tried emailing him, Rob?? I can't because I've been expressly forbidden to communicate with him in that format...
He *always* "answers" mine... :-))
