Hi,I would like to buy and install an alarm system from one of the onlineDIY suppliers. Any recomendations on who are the best suppliers interms of tech support? Good tech support is more important to me thanthe best price.

We're not comparing "apples to apples" here Charles. Finding the "best DIY suppliers for tech support" isn't "life critical" and shouldn't be all that "expensive", but I think you see what I'm getting at. :-)

Of course I do ... you want to move this mess to a higher plane. Demeanor and decorum are nice ideas when all of the participants are reasonable and share similar ethics. I admire your idealism.
