I am having problems with my Vertias 8c (installed 1997).
The power on the control panel seems to have gone (no power light, duh) and completely non-responsive.
A friend has mentioned that it could be the fuse, but where is this fuse located??
I'm not keen on calling out an engineer to charge me £50 just to replace a fuse.
Any ideas?
That should be *Veritas* not Vertias :P
The fuse is located inside the box. I would however advise you call an engineer in your local area. The main battery will also need replacing and a full service of the system will be included. Find a local company at the following link.
