Has anyone noticed that various Usenet providers are inconsistent in delivering messages?
I have Agent set to gather feeds from 3 providers, and some are missing messages.

Usenet on the internet is handled somewhat like "bulk mail" in the postal system. Delivery is somewhat a back haul operation and is not really guaranteed.
