Some good advice on how to find a reputable company to deal with as well... the line where the BBB rep says to avoid companies with the word "unsatisfactory" in their report, for instance...
Isn't that a self-installed system? They send you the Simon and you install it and the sensors yourself. I don't know why it didn't go off or what needed to be adjusted but common sense tells me there was only two doors hooked to the system and that is NOT enough protection.
It may be if you live in a small house with two doors and no windows.
