Idiot. Tom will have the last laugh, along with his dealer customers.
Since Bill went on and on about it - I don't know if I could afford the French Health Care System. I couldn't pay for my care up front. I would imagine it does have the effect of making folks aware of what the doctors are charging, which is a good thing.
