One of my distributors sent me a sample DSL filter made by Golden State this week. I tested it and it works the same as my "standard" model. Perhaps some of you might like to check it out since the suggested dealer net price is $16.
The model is GS-41DFU. It may have been out for a while already. If you're doing several installations a week the annual savings would be worth looking into it.
