Dear Valued Client...your alarm may or may not be dead

Here's another dumb one. I recently removed this letter from a takeover. The client had this letter taped to the panel, he'd received it from his ex-alarmco warning him that his system had sent a low battery signal...a month ago.

Is that common practice? Send the client a letter a month after the trouble signal?

We call them the next day and schedule service...or am I being silly?

Gotta love'm though...the dumber they are the more biz I get! I love takeovers !!

The customer WAS a current client of theirs at the time the letter was sent.

photobucket seems slow at the moment - but it's working.
