Does anyone knows how to back up all my customer accounts in Compass DL at once? Not one by one?

There are 3 files with the suffix .mdb and if you back up or copy and locate in a safe place that will do what you need. remember to record any CSID numbers and at least 1 log in user name and password that has master authority. Example if you save the files but do not have a login name and password that is master authority from that compass program then you will not access the files on a rebuild import.
