Sadly I report the passing yesterday of Clif Smith, my friend, and founder, in 1966, of the Apex Alarm company of Berkeley, CA.
Clif suffered a heart attack yesterday afternoon, while we were together; 911 EMTs were unable to revive him.
I'll miss you Clif.
