Chemtronics Heat detector terminal problems

Anyone else having problems with Chemtronics Heat detectors terminal strip seprating from the detectors have had 3 in last month . No excessive preasure on terminals they just popped off.

Really?? We've got hundreds of them out there. Nary a problem. Mircom, FireLite, and Notifier all sell them. What are your guys doing different??
