traffic monitoring nortel contivity 1750

Hi We recently purchased a Nortel Contivity 1750 to use as the firewall + vpn termination + router in our office.I would like to monitor the pattern of traffic on the router with the following details ( or as close to it as possible) the source ip, dest ip, connection start time, connection stop time, no of bytes transferred ( in both directions individually). Can somebody help me out on what tool to use for this ? Also is live monitoring of traffic possible on nortel contivity boxes , something like ethereal or iptraf does on linux/unix?Can PCAP be used for live monitoring using the console? Thanx Nabeel
