Hi,



We are running Callpilot 4 and have a mailbox set to not allow messages to be recorded



Block Incoming Messages: Never Block Message Call Handling: Disconnect caller after greeting



The users greeting is played but after the greeting callpilot also plays "The owner of this mailbox is not accepting messages at this time "



Then the call is dropped



Is there anyway to stop callpilot playing "The owner of this mailbox is not accepting messages at this time "

Do other mailboxes work OK? Is this mailbox full? Is the class of this mailbox the same as the others?
