PC based Attendant Console

Who's using a PC based Attendant Console? Our HR group (for whom our attendant works) is interested in upgrading from the present M-2250 to something PC based.

Any ideas? Guidance about things NOT to look at?

Thanks! Al

one I know is the 'Smile' product from Ascom in Belgium, which can be bought from Nortel, another is SAMWIN just use google to find more information. You can still use your M2250 with these products as a backup in case that the PC or the application fails Regards Hans

A lot of our custombers use nortel's CIU with Application SMILE . See for more information on

On this link you can download a free demo-version 2.3.3 You can try this with your M2250 and when you like it, you can buy a CIU and SMILE software.
