I need to upgrade my OSM device manager to JDM_5920 but when I install it kills OSM. I change the default directory to OSM for the JDM install. Is that not correct? Anybody successfully completed this upgrade?

Hi John,
You need to do the following:
1) In the OSM directory, you need to edit the DM.LAX file and alter the launch tolax.dir=C:\\\\Nortel\\\\JDM5920\\\\
