Nortel VPN Router 221 (a.k.a. Contivity)

I am moving a 221 from a site with a static address to a home user with a dynamic WAN address. On the other end of the VPN is another 221 with a staic address. Then I try to change the "Secure Gateway Address" to

0.0.0.0, I get an error saying "This IKE rule has static policy rules." Of course, nowhere does it say how to correct this.

Any suggestions?

The Secure Gateway Address is static address of the other 221. You should need to change that - just the local gateway address (set that to

0.0.0.0....
