I have a customer with a Norstar NAM, and they have a 50-seat license for Desktop Messaging. They have recently upgraded there mail servers and desktop PCs to WinXP. We have discovered that the desktop messaging client is incompatible with WinXP. Fortunately, I have found out that there is a WinXP patch...or more specifically a "Norstar Desktop Messaging Client for WinXP" file. I'm trying to find out where or how I can obtain this file. No, they do not have a contract with a Nortel distributor.
