Well, Nortel put out a flash movie presentation on the MCS 5100. I really think this is a great product overall, I use it for my softphone no more I2050. Chat, Double Click to Call, Video Conference etc has been great with little to no problems and the corporate directory is great.
The only downside I see is the set up time for the system, they say 3-5 days but so far most installations I have seen are around 30 days and this is with Nortel doing it.
I use broadband at home and the only thing that really messes up is my cheap router. :)
