Guys,
Our lovely Symposium system's call information is accessed using GRTD. Every 60 days or so i get a call from our 25 call centre's all saying that there GRTD doesn't work.. I have to log in with the user configured (in the plain text file which is brilliant) , change the password and then set it back to it's original..
...can we turn off the 60 mandatory password change??
