Hi Guys; Is it possible to collect X records on incomming calls, if a call transferred more than one? We can only get S records and E records...

Is it possible the X record is being output, but the application/call accounting system is not interested in storing that record type?

Or worse, if you LD22 PRT PKG do you see package "259" "CDRX"
