I have a COT trunk on a option 11c that I can't access from a Maintenance set by dialing the access code. It will give me dialtone for a split second then says Destination Busy - Activate Ring Again; if I activate ring again it will ring me back and then I can access the COT trunk and dial where I need to. I have the COT trunk and Route built exactly like the rest of my COT Trunks. Any Ideas?
