Expand on this a bit. I don't understand a mixed Noretl system, thought it was impossible.

Thanks I ended up on the phone with Durafon for a while and we've setup the phones using some custom coding. Basically the phones enter the call pilot externally and then manipulate the messagebox. Unfortunetly there is no "integration" though it would be a nice Nortel feature.
