I've obtained a Nortel Contivity 1600 from ebay. It looks OK, but is missing the hard disk so it won't boot.
From reading the docs on the CD, it looks like I need to boot from a "recovery diskette" to format a new hard disk and install the system software. I have the system software on CD, and this includes a "floppy" directory, but I don't have a physical recovery diskette.
Does anyone know if it's possible to create a recovery diskette from the CD? If not, is there any other way to obtain it?
