We have an Option 11 with DID trunks coming in on a PRI, to have Caller ID. How can we get the CLID dispaly on an M3904 phone to also show the trunk access code with the phone number, so that whilst in the Callers list, the user can press the "dial" softkey to return the call? Currently the user has to write down the number and then manually redial it. TIA
