Hello All,
I'm currently having an issue when starting a call will a caller ID greater than 14 digits, the receiving party gets the call through a TAPI server, but the caller ID is set to (null), thus providing no identification about the calling party.
I've checked and it seems to affect some Nortel switches, i've seen a fix (MPLR15665) on NortelNetworks.com with the exact same descriptiom unfortunatelly i get an Invalid File Format when installing it, it's not a download problem, the file was brought to me by a Nortel representative.
Versions used are: Nortel Meridian 1 option 11c (Software release 25.40b) Symposium Call Centre Server - release number: 04.02.06 TAPI Server - version 3.0
