Hi,
I'm having difficulties with picking up a call on the M7208N phone. Previously when the phone rang all the phones in office ring, picking up the handset would answer the call. However I now have to press the corresponding line number.
Is their a feature setting that sets this back to the previous way?

The features that spring immediately to mind about your above predicament are:
Hunt group(s)
Ringing group(s)
Pickup group(s)
All the phones had a line or lines set to ring and appear which has now been removed/altered
Have any of these features been changed or removed???
