Hopefully a quick question. I'm trying to get the individual extension number sent as the CLI when calls are being made. These are IP sets and the OLI value is set at the last 4 digits.
The telco says the lines are configured to support it.
Am I missing something obvious?
BTW, the system is installed in Germany
