In my Windows 98SE box the sensor work very well (with VB program) instead in my Gentoo Linux Box the sensor put only -60.000* or

I haven't built the circuit or looked very closely at the software, so this is just a wild guess. Run at the command prompt: $ stty -F /dev/ttyS0 -hupcl before running the thermometer software. (Modify for the serial port you are using.)
