Can anyone recommend a good internet detective software program? I need to check out a neighbor who's is right out of the movie "Omen" and the security cameras I have may not be enough

What is your neighbour doing on your computer?
The neighbor is not on my computer (you must be thinking of computer spyware)
Let me ask this again - I need detective software to do a background check on a neighbor instead of paying a private investigator

I don't know if such software exists but if it does, this probably isn't the best newsgroup to research it.
