I don't think it's out there - yet. I've been searching for the same sort of system.
Think of it more as a convergence. Each of the areas you mentioned are important to the creation of a truly "smart" home but there's still a lot of fragmentation, overlap and missing pieces.
My thoughts are that any such system should be designed to use standard ethernet hubs and switches.
