Watchguard Firebox 5x blocking outgoing traffic.

I'm having a problem with out a Watchguard Firebox 5x blocking port 26 traffic going out. We've reconfigured SBS Exchange to use port 26 for SMTP but according to the watchguard logs it's still discarding packets. I've configured the Outgoing and Incoming rules to allow traffic to and from the exchange server. I'm not sure why it would be blocking it still. Any thoughts?

If you configured a custom rule and it's not working, then you either have a blocking rule conflict or you didn't properly setup the rule.

In the log, what does it say at the end in parenthesis? For example: (default)
