VPN and Norton Internet Security

Hi, I need some help with a vpn config

I have an office that I support and the boss is wanting remote access to his network I have a Linksys WAG54G router and Use norton internet security

I have the following setup

Question 1

I have had trouble getting the VPN connectivity

I have configured the greenbow vpn client and the router as shown in the link below

Question 2

Once I have got the vpn connection working will I need to add some static routes to enable the remote user to get from the 192.168.1.x subnet to the 192.168.10.x subnet

Any help would be greatly appreciated
