Symantec Client Security 3.0 - Firewall Policy Update Failed

Hi: Running a small network with 2 Windows 2003 Server SP1 machines (Active Directory) and a handful of Windows XP SP2 workstations, along with Symantec Client Security, installed 3.0, updated to 3.0.1, then

Some of the machines were installed with 3.0.2.2000 directly then updated to 2020.

Most workstations are fine, but 2 refuse to get the firewall policy updates when rolled out. In the administration snap-in, I get under the status column: Policy Import Failure

I can't find anything on the error message online. I've also tried importing using FIO, but that doesn't seem to work either.
