Netscreen Remote and Symantec Firewall Client

I'm currently running Netscreen's Secure VPN Client SafeNet SoftRemote

10.0.0 build 10 and Symantec's client firewall version 7.1. Configured within the symantec firewall, I've enabled every application that Netscreen uses as well as enable the authentication ip address. But when the client firewall is enabled the connect is empty while when it's disabled, the connect shows my VPN connection. I'm wondering if there's a way to configure the symantec firewall to allow the Netscreen's VPN tunnel. Any help will be appreciated.

Try opening UDP port 500 for Internet Key Exchange (IKE) traffic. You might also need to permit IP Type 50 Encapsulating Security Payload (ESP) packets and IP Type 51 Authentication Header (AH) packets.
