Hi I would really like to get feedback regarding a site

that has been banned in my country and many of the isp's do not allow it to be accessed. I was wondering if there is a way (such as redirect or whatever) for someone to get on these sites, or if I have a friend in the USA that can set up a temporary site that would do a redirect or something.Any help would be appreciated.
