N.I.S. blocking access

I cannot access

unless I turn off N.I.S. 2007. This has only recently started happening. Any ideas where about in the program I can turn off this blocking? Parental control is not used. I do not want to remove N.I.S.

Does NIS still include a feature to block by URLs? Can't remember what the feature was called but you could have it block sites based on URL substrings (like many ad-blockers use), on domains, or for specific hosts. You might want to ask over in their forums:
