LSA shell (Export version), I look for info.

Hi, I use Kerio firewall and among some software I see LSA shell (Export version). Is there a worm or is it a safe software? I notice: in Inboud there is Deny and in Outboud there is Permission. Have I dalete it? What can I do, please?
