Dear all, I need your suggestions for the following setup.
| | RED(Internet) | | IPCOP BOX | | ORANGE | |GREEN | | ETH0 ETH1 (BANDWIDTH (BANDWIDTH CONTROLLER) CONTROLLER) | | | CLIENTS my requirement are: 1. Every client to pass through the bandwidth controller. 2. I want to log the activities of all clients and servers in orange zone using build-in snort utility in the ipcop.
- protect the orange and green zones from red.
- orange zone computers should be accesible from internet.
My question is , it o.k to put one interface of the bandwidth controller in Orange zone and the other in Green zone ?
