Yes, moving on from my initial question about the site, i am concerned that this is as well a protected machine as I can muster, and currently have the following in place :
ADSL access via a Draytek 2600 firewall router at default settings Sygate personal firewall NOD32 anti-virus Process Guard free edition
I also regularly run a variety of spyware and trojan detection utilities such as Ad-Aware et al, but more recently discovered CWS_NS3 was on this machine (reported via the Spyaudit util at

which surprised me considerably seeing how tight a ship I run.
My guess is that I am fairly safe given that which i have read here, and on the site in question.
I used to use Blackice (defender?) but understood it had been acquired by another developer and wasn't quite what it used to be? YMMV
