Is there a good comparison table out there that show the differences between the corporate firewalls like Checkpoint Firewall 1, Cisco PIX, Netscreen, Sonicwall, Bordermanager, ISA etc. ?

Not that I have seen. If you find one, please let me know!
Occaisionally there are short list comparisons on Windows 2000 mags website (but only the versions that run on Windows).
Additionally, Information Security Magazine normally does one from time to time, normally around there "Best of Class" at the beginning/end of the year.
If you dig, they are available online, I have found them a few times before. I think I used Google and typed in phrases like "compare checkpoint watchguard sonicwall" and sorted till I found what I needed. They may be a year or two old, but the bulk of the features will be there, with the new ones available on the respective vendors websites.
