Can somebody recomed a software firewall with a specific feature....

I need a personal firewall solution with some quirks and I don't feel like installing 30 apps till I find one that works.

Basicly I have to portect some win32 boxes. Certain software on the machines must be blocked from contating anthing outside of the lan; but work freely inside the lan.

I also wish to prevent file shares being available machienes outside the lan.

I am idealy seaking a software that allows rules like: app foo.exe - 192.168.0.* = yes; everthing else = no

I would prefer software geared towards expert/power users that doesn't dumb stuff down.
